Information for Racers, Vendors, and Guests Coming from the United States
If you are travelling from the United States to attend or participate in Border Warz at RAD Torque Raceway on June 6, 2026, we want to make the process as smooth as possible.
We have received official confirmation from the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) recognizing Border Warz as a legitimate motorsports event. A confirmation letter from CBSA is available if you need documentation when crossing the border into Canada.
Below are some simple guidelines to help make your crossing easier.
What to Bring When Crossing into Canada
1. Valid Identification
All travelers entering Canada must present proper identification.
For most visitors, this means:
- A valid passport
Make sure your passport is current before traveling.
What to Tell the Border Officer
When you arrive at the border, the officer may ask why you are entering Canada.
You can simply explain that you are coming to:
“Attend or participate in the Border Warz motorsports event at RAD Torque Raceway.”
Border officers may ask a few additional questions about your travel plans or how long you will be staying. Just answer honestly and clearly.
Bringing Race Cars, Equipment, or Display Items
Many racers, vendors, and partners will be bringing vehicles or equipment into Canada for the event.
This can include:
- Race cars
• Tools and spare parts
• Display booths or merchandise
• Promotional materials
• Computers or electronics
These items can typically be brought into Canada temporarily, provided they will be taken back out of the country after the event.
If asked, simply explain that the equipment is being brought in for temporary use at the Border Warz event and will return with you to the United States after the event.
Border Warz Event Confirmation Letter
If you would like documentation confirming the event, we have a CBSA recognition letter available that can be presented if needed.
This letter helps confirm that:
- Border Warz is a recognized motorsports event
• Racers, vendors, and participants are attending the event
• Equipment may be entering Canada temporarily for the event
