Officials from RAD Torque Raceway and the Inaugural Border Warz management team have been closely monitoring local weather patterns over the past several days. To ensure a successful, safe, and highly competitive experience for all racers and fans, organizers have finalized a comprehensive contingency plan for the upcoming weekend.
As of today, Border Warz is moving forward precisely as scheduled, utilizing the original dates and event sequencing previously published. Both RAD Torque Raceway and Border Warz officials are dedicated to exhausting every effort to ensure the full completion of the event program while maintaining a safe, premier motorsports environment.
In the event of rainfall prior to or during Saturday’s scheduled activities, organizers have established a clear action plan to ensure fans and competitors do not miss out on the action:
- Weather Contingency: If inclement weather impacts Saturday’s schedule, the event will either carry over into Sunday or be fully postponed to Sunday, June 7, 2026. All ticket holders are encouraged to participate in Saturday’s off-track events throughout the day regardless of weather.
- Official Notification: If a full postponement to Sunday becomes necessary, an official announcement will be issued no later than two hours prior to Saturday’s scheduled start time.
- Ticket Holder Experience: Should a full Sunday postponement occur, all VIP ticket holders will utilize their VIP admission, exclusive amenities, and catering on the originally scheduled date of Saturday, June 6, 2026, as the catering cannot carry over to the following day. VIP guests will still enjoy full access to food and beverage services, while both General Admission and VIP guests may enjoy scheduled private and public extended meet-and-greet sessions with featured culture creators and racers, ample photo opportunities, and exclusive Q&A sessions.
- Ticket Redemption & Re-entry: In the event of a program delay or carry-over, all spectator tickets will be fully redeemable for admission on Sunday, June 7, 2026. All fans purchasing tickets at the RAD Torque Raceway gates must retain their physical receipts to guarantee re-entry.
